Your Role

A MDM or RDM professional undertakes various roles related to understanding business challenges, optimizing processes, defining master data entities, and designing supporting architectures. They also define ingestion and output architectures while ensuring compliance with data availability requirements. Additionally, they may define maturity journeys and global rollout templates for MDM and RDM solutions. Collaboration with business functions, IT, and database teams is essential to establish new rules and implement automation processes

• •Design data models (entities, attributes, hierarchies, relationships) in Semarchy xDM.
• •Define match & merge rules for master data consolidation Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation Build and configure REST/SOAP APIs for integration Develop data ingestion pipelines from multiple source systems Create governance workflows for data stewardship (review, approval, authoring) Monitor job execution and optimize system performance Manage deployments and model versions across Dev, QA, and Production environments Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions
• •Semarchy MDM Developer responsible for designing, building, and optimizing Master Data Management (MDM) applications using Semarchy platforms. The role focuses on consolidating data from multiple sources to create accurate, governed, and reliable “golden records” for key business entities such as customers, vendors, or bookings.

Your Profile

• •3–5+ years of experience in MDM / Semarchy Development
• •Hands-on experience with Semarchy implementation (xDM/xDI/xDG) Strong SQL/SemQL skills for data manipulation Ability to define data quality rules and match/merge logic. Experience integrating systems via APIs and pipelines Understanding of governance workflows and data stewardship.
• •Semarchy xDM / xDI / xDG Master Data Management (MDM) Data Modeling Data Quality Match & Merge Data Governance REST / SOAP APIs SQL / SemQL PostgreSQL / SQL Server / Oracle Data Integration Cloud (AWS / Azure) Data Stewardship.
