Position Overview

The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for supporting mechanical design engineering activities and providing customer-facing technical support. This role works closely with internal cross-functional teams and customers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective engineered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design Engineering

Support Mechanical design and development of custom engineered products.

Create and review CAD models, drawings,BOM, tolerances, and engineering documentation.

Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities.

Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure design for manufacturability.

Customer-Facing Support

Serve as the primary technical interface for assigned customers.

Conduct technical reviews, presentations, and customer meetings.

Translate customer requirements into engineering solutions.

Program Support

Coordinate cross-functional teams to support customer programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

3+ years of mechanical design experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar).

Experience in customer-facing engineering roles.

Ability to travel up to 30% as required.
