Develop and execute media buying strategies across Facebook Ads and Google Ads (UAC) to drive mobile app user acquisition while achieving CPA, ROAS, LTV, and ROMI targets;

Plan, launch, and optimize acquisition campaigns;

Analyze campaign performance and optimize bids, audiences, placements, creatives, and budgets to maximize efficiency;

Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to improve performance;

Collaborate with designers and CRM teams to build and optimize high-converting user acquisition funnels;

Monitor conversion tracking, pixels, AppsFlyer attribution, and resolve technical issues affecting campaign performance;

Work closely with analytics and media buying teams to share insights and improve cross-channel acquisition strategies;

Manage advertising budgets and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

1+ year of experience as a Media Buyer working with Facebook Ads and Google Ads (UAC);

Hands-on experience acquiring users for mobile products across iOS, Android, and PWA;

Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads;

Experience optimizing campaigns based on CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, LTV, and ROMI;

Proven ability to manage, optimize, and scale advertising budgets;

Experience working with AppsFlyer, conversion tracking, and attribution analysis;

Good understanding of A/B testing methodologies and performance marketing optimization techniques.
