Charter Casting in Shawano is Hiring in Production for Melt Deck Operators. 1st or 3rd Shift + $2,000 sign on bonus. Pay starts at $24.75/hr +

2 Positions Available at Charter Casting — 2900 E Richmond St, Shawano, WI 54166

Melt Deck Operator | 1st or 3rd Shift (12-hour shifts, 6pm-6am) | $24.75 - 27/hr

• •Transport melting materials and supplies;
• •Operate melting furnace charging equipment
• •Learn to operate the melting furnaces.
• •Transport melting materials and supplies from the warehouse or other locations to the melt deck.
• •Remove full slag hoppers from the melt deck and transport to commercial refuse containers.
• •Responsible for own safety and the safety of others in the area.

What You Bring:

• •1 year prior experience working in manufacturing, foundry, metals, or related field
• •Someone who lives by our values of trust, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement
• •High School Diploma (we can help with our GED works program!)
• •Ability to push, pull, lift, and move up to 60lbs
• •Basic math and problem solving skills
