In this role, you will provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults through a flexible hybrid care model that combines virtual care with opportunities for in-person collaboration and patient engagement.

Requirements

• •Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• •Active independent clinical licensure in at least one of the following jurisdictions: Massachusetts (MA), Washington, DC, Maryland (MD), or Virginia (VA).
• •3–5 years of clinical experience providing therapy to youth, adults, and individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges.
• •Experience treating patients across the lifespan.
• •Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• •Excellent communication, relationship-building, documentation, and organizational skills.
• •Telehealth experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience working with specialized populations or treatment areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, or grief and loss.
• •Experience providing telehealth services.
• •Familiarity with Athena EMR and electronic health record documentation standards.
• •Experience working within integrated or collaborative care environments.

• Other Requirements
• Assessment & Evaluation:

• •Conduct comprehensive assessments of behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs.
• •Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals.

Therapeutic Interventions:

• •Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy using modalities such as CBT and DBT.
• •Deliver care both onsite and virtually in alignment with the hybrid care model.

Monitoring & Documentation:

• •Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• •Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment outcomes.

Collaboration & Communication:

• •Work collaboratively with Primary care physicians, psychiatrists, social workers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• •Communicate treatment plans, progress, and recommendations with clients, families, and stakeholders.

Crisis Intervention:

• •Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress.
• •Develop safety plans and strategies to prevent or mitigate crises.

Education & Support:

Educate clients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.

Caseload Expectations:

• •Maintain a minimum caseload of 25+ clinical sessions per week.
• •Full-time 40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling options to include evenings and weekends.

Salary:

$70,000-$80,000/year
