Carolina Pediatric Therapy is looking for a Full-Time Behavioral Health Therapist who wants to grow - not just their caseload, but their skills, career, and impact.

The Role

As a Child & Family Outpatient Therapist with Carolina Pediatric Therapy, you’ll provide evaluation, assessment, and evidence-based mental health treatment to children, adolescents, and families with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, developmental, and family-system needs.

Depending on your clinical expertise, you may support children and families experiencing challenges related to:

• •Anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation
• •Behavioral and developmental concerns
• •Life transitions and adjustment
• •Trauma and stressful life experiences
• •Social and interpersonal challenges
• •Family and parent-child relationships
• •School-related concerns
• •Self-esteem, coping skills, and resilience
• •Neurodevelopmental differences and associated emotional or behavioral needs

You’ll develop individualized treatment plans and provide engaging, developmentally appropriate interventions that help children build skills, strengthen relationships, and participate more fully in family, school, and community life.

You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with parents and caregivers, helping families understand their child’s needs and develop practical strategies that can support progress beyond the therapy room.

Most importantly, you won’t practice in isolation. You’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team that shares ideas, coordinates care, solves problems together, and supports one another.

Requirements

We’d Love to Meet You If You:

• •Are currently licensed in North Carolina as an LCSW, LCMHC, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT
• •Value collaboration, continued learning, and child- and family-centered care
• •Have 1+ years of experience preferred - strong pediatric candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply
