About the job:

1. Improvement processes capacity, meet SPC CPK >1.33.

2. Analysis online abnormal and improve. Meet OTD & Yield target.

3. Lead single-factor DOE and other tests to optimize process and develop new process.

4. Assess process capability and work together with related departments to target yield improvement and cost reduction.

5. Lead small-scale projects and TECN releases and assist in preparing PCRB reports.

About you:

• •BS in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics or equivalent experience；
• •At least 2-3 years wafer Fab experience；
• •Knowledge of required process；
• •Good writing in Chinese and English；
• •Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint；
• •Familiar with DOE and SPC knowledge；
• •Problem solving；
