Product Process Engineer

About the Role

The Product Process Engineer is responsible for leading product environmental compliance initiatives while supporting quality system improvements and key engineering programs. This role serves as the primary PL representative for global RoHS activities and works closely with global and site teams to ensure products remain compliant with evolving regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

Drive Product Compliance Programs

• •Serve as the PL representative for global RoHS and product compliance initiatives.
• •Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts on existing and future products.
• •Manage RoHS exemption status and develop compliance action plans.
• •Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality teams to drive implementation.
• •Execute RoHS Data collection in data management system and participate in different projects to support RoHS data collection.

Lead Continuous Improvement Activities

• •Analyze some of the quality data and identify quality improvement opportunities.
• •Support IQC process optimization and quality system enhancement.
• •Drive data-based continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate Engineering Programs
• •Coordinate business-critical engineering initiatives such as component end of life, assurance of supply, etc.
• •Track project timelines, risks and deliverables.
• •Facilitate cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment.
• •Prepare project updates and management presentations.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• •Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronics, Materials Science, Chemistry or related disciplines.
• •3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality Engineering, Compliance or related technical functions.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving and project coordination skills.｜
• •Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience with RoHS, REACH, PFAS or other environmental compliance requirements.
• •Experience in engineering project management and cross-functional collaboration.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
