Die movezeit GmbH wurde im November 2007 gegründet. Seitdem betreuen wir deutschlandweit viele Kundenunternehmen im Bereich der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Dabei konzentrieren wir uns auf die Überlassung von Fachkräften und Spezialisten.

Zur Teamverstärkung in unserem Büro in Leipzig suchen wir ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter\* im Bereich Recruiting Support (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Terminorganisation und Koordination der Bewerbungsgespräche für unser Kundenunternehmen
  • Korrespondenz mit Bewerbenden – Versenden der Einladungen zu Interviews
  • Erstellung von Besuchendenanmeldungen
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Reisekostenanträgen
  • Durchführung von Systempflege im Bewerbermanagementsystem
  • Controlling der daily Tasks

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen im kaufmännischen Bereich, der Hotellerie oder Tourismusbranche oder anderen Berufszweigen
  • gute MS Office Kenntnisse / Digital Know-how
  • Organisationsgeschick, eigenständige sowie serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • Engagement und Spaß an der Teamarbeit
