We're growing our team! OMNI Technologies is looking for a 2nd shift Molder to mold plastic parts from raw urethane. The 2nd shift schedule is: Monday - Thursday 3pm-1am. There is potential for overtime.

Essential job duties:

• Read and understand work orders
• Break down material formulas using mathematical equations
• Learn about and apply knowledge of different urethanes, curatives, and their associated processing parameters
• Promote a culture of teamwork
• Cooperate with team members to troubleshoot quality issues
• Maintain equipment
• Keep work area clean and orderly
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• High School degree or GED
• Working with hand tools
• Mathematical ability
• Manual dexterity
• Attention to detail
• Organization skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to read blueprints preferred
