Qualify Growth Leads received through various channels (website, direct, Salesforce, etc.)
Monitor and track Contract Signature-to-Activation workflows, staying current on open items including Network Operations Credentialing Team, UST/config, and Tier 3 matters.
Route and triage escalations from field teams to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
Support provider activation workflows, including intake tracking, documentation readiness, and coordination of go-live steps.
Monitor the progress of Clover Home Care (CHC) referrals and other onboarding milestones, flagging delays proactively.
Update MSO reporting sources on a regular cadence, ensuring accuracy and timely completion by deadlines.
Maintain dashboards and tracking tools that support visibility into team performance.
Attend routine and ad-hoc operational meetings as required; other duties as assigned.
Facilitate document management, storage and maintenance.

You have experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably within a healthcare or managed care setting.
You are highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple active workflows simultaneously.
You have excellent attention to detail — particularly for claims tracking, reporting accuracy, and documentation completeness.
You are proficient with tools for updating metrics and generating reports (Google Sheets, SharePoint, CRM systems, etc.).
A general understanding of healthcare concepts, including HEDIS, claims processing, EHRs, medical billing and coding, reimbursement models, and Medicare/Medicare Advantage (preferred)
You are a proactive, self-motivated team player who follows through with minimal supervision.
