Network Data Specialist II

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days, per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office .

The Network Data Specialist II is responsible for accurate, timely maintenance of critical provider information on all claims and provider databases.

How you will make an impact:

• •Maintains critical provider information on all claims and provider databases.
• •Synchronizes data among multiple claims systems and application of business rules as they apply to each database.
• •Validates the data to be housed on provider databases and ensuring adherence to business and system requirements of customers as it pertains to contracting, network management and credentialing.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• •Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• •Previous data entry experience is a plus.
• •Previous experience working with Provider data preferred.
• •Previous experience working in a medical office, healthcare, or home health setting preferred.
