Micron's Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to support a variety of planning, reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives. This role offers broad exposure to corporate finance, executive reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial systems, and business analytics. The successful candidate will partner with finance professionals across the company to deliver insights that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• •Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting activities
• •Assist in preparation of executive-level financial reviews and presentations
• •Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers
• •Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools that support decision making
• •Partner with stakeholders across finance and business functions to deliver actionable insights
• •Contribute to finance transformation, automation, and improvement in execution initiatives
• •Support financial systems, data governance, and projects focused on reporting improvement
• •Assist with special projects and strategic analyses as business priorities evolve

Minimum Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• •Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• •Internship experience in finance, accounting, consulting, data analytics, or related fields
• •Experience with business intelligence, data visualization (e.g., Power BI), and ERP/planning/reporting systems
• •Understanding of financial documents, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis
• •Proficiency in data analysis, including large dataset manipulation and tools such as SQL and Python
• •Experience leveraging AI and generative AI tools
