Our Poconos Pediatrics Office is interested in a nurse who has a passion for care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability .

Meet Our Client:

Our Tobyhanna-based client would love a nurse who has experience with (or is willing to learn) caring for someone with a nontraumatic intracerebral hemorrhage. Working hours are still in the approval process for this client.

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?

Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)

Hands-on care with only one client per day

Building client relationships and watching their milestones

Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders

Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions

Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Qualifications for a private duty nurse:

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

A current nursing license in good standing in the state
