Key Responsibilities

Testing Strategy & Governance

• •Define and maintain the database testing strategy for OASIS (functional, regression, performance, security, resiliency).
• •Establish test standards, policies, entry/exit criteria , and approval gates for database change/release activities.
• •Own the test governance model (cadence, reporting, defect triage, quality sign-off) and ensure consistent adoption across accounts.

Test Planning & Execution Oversight

• •Lead and coordinate test planning for database initiatives (patching, upgrades, platform modernization, tooling changes).
• •Ensure test coverage includes data integrity, backup/restore validation, HA/DR failover validation, and operational readiness .
• •Support delivery teams in defining test scenarios, datasets, and environment needs to ensure repeatable execution.
