Hourly Pay Range:
$39.44 - $61.13 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights:
- Position: Occupational Therapist – Inpatient – Per Diem - Days
- Location: Highland Park Hospital, Highland Park, IL
- Full Time/Part Time: Per Diem
- Hours: Hours as needed; 8am-4:30pm (as needed) per 6-week schedule
- Required Travel: Highland Park, Skokie, Glenbrook, Evanston Hospitals
- Holidays: yes, 1 summer/1 winter
- Hourly flat rate of pay - $51/hour
What you will do:
- Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing
- Participates in the clinical supervision of students
What you will need:
- Education: Bachelor of Science from a school of Occupational Therapy or a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university approved by the AOTA and the Council on Medical Education of the AMA
- License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of IL
- Certification: BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association required, OTR certified (NBCOT preferred)
- Experience: Inpatient Occupational Therapy experience required
