Onboarding Operations Specialist

• As an Onboarding Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for employees joining organizations around the world.
• You’ll manage the onboarding journey from documentation and verification through completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of service.
• Working within a globally distributed EOR Operations team, you’ll collaborate closely with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, Payroll, and other cross-functional teams.
• You’ll handle sensitive employee information while maintaining strong standards for data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• The role combines operational ownership, problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement.
• You’ll also identify opportunities to streamline workflows and introduce automation that makes onboarding more scalable and efficient.
