Join a global Customer Experience Operations team supporting clients in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You’ll investigate invoice queries, troubleshoot platform issues, and manage client cases from start to finish. Your ability to identify patterns and connect the dots will help uncover process gaps and drive meaningful improvements. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Product, and HR Operations teams while ensuring clients receive clear and effective support.
