Your day-to-day impact

  • Coordinate compliance activities, audits, reporting and governance requirements across Parks & Resorts.
  • Maintain and monitor risk registers, action plans and compliance documentation.
  • Support contractor management processes, including onboarding, compliance tracking and record management.
  • Assist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective action tracking.
  • Manage and maintain operational documentation, policies, procedures and SharePoint systems.
  • Support business continuity, safety and risk management initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and operational updates for key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of new systems and ways of working.
  • Collaborate with site leaders and provide support across teams to ensure operational priorities are achieved.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Experience in compliance, risk, governance, safety or operational support roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for process improvement.
  • Experience managing documentation, reporting and business systems, ideally including SharePoint.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • A current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel to RAC Parks & Resorts sites as required.

Why you'll love working with us

  • Be part of a growing and dynamic tourism and hospitality business.
  • Work with passionate teams across some of Western Australia's most iconic destinations.
  • Competitive salary package and employee benefits.
  • Access to RAC's learning and development programs and career progression opportunities.
  • Flexible and supportive team environment.
  • The opportunity to contribute to meaningful operational improvements that make a real difference.
