Pay Range

Salary: £30,000 per annum + up to £500 quarterly bonus (£2,000 per year)

Salary: £30,000 per annum + up to £500 quarterly bonus (£2,000 per year)

Location: Manchester (Hybrid working, with 5 office days across a 2-week period)

Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Permanent

Reed Screening is one of the UK's leading pre-employment screening and compliance providers, helping organisations recruit safely and with confidence.

We're looking for an Operations Support Manager to help keep our business running smoothly. This is a varied role, combining client implementations, project coordination, reporting and process improvement, while working closely with teams across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating operational projects and business initiatives
  • Supporting the onboarding and implementation of new clients
  • Managing implementation timelines and keeping projects on track
  • Producing reports, presentations and management information
  • Supporting compliance, audit and quality activities
  • Identifying ways to improve processes and efficiency
  • Tracking actions and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Working closely with teams across operations, sales, technology and client services

What We're Looking For

This role could suit someone with a background in:

  • Executive Assistant (EA)
  • Personal Assistant (PA)
  • Project Coordination
  • Operations Coordination
  • Business Support
  • PMO, Project Support or Project Administration

Experience within recruitment, screening, compliance or another service-led environment would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
