Operations Team Lead, GSF Prime Now FC

The Operations Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily inbound and outbound operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely execution. The Team Lead ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements while meeting operational KPIs and deadlines.

• Monitor KPIs, inventory, and workflows to maintain service levels, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Drive team development and continuous improvement through training, reporting, and process optimization initiatives.

Basic qualifications

• - 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
• - Bachelor's degree
• - Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• - Experience with Excel
