Quarry Operator – Axedale

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a reliable and motivated Quarry Operator to join our team at Axedale Quarry .

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operator to work in a safety-focused environment with a leading supplier of heavy building materials. You’ll play an important role in daily quarry operations, operating heavy machinery and supporting the production of quality materials.

In this role, you will:

• •Operate mobile plant including excavators, front-end loaders, and articulated dump trucks
• •Carry out daily quarry operations and basic equipment checks
• •Assist with general site duties including cleaning, hosing, and material handling
• •Work safely and efficiently as part of a supportive team

To be successful, you will have:

• •Experience operating heavy equipment
• •Relevant RII tickets are not essential , but will be highly regarded .
• •Quarry, mining, or construction experience preferred
• •Strong safety focus and commitment to workplace standards
• •Ability to work independently and within a team environment
