Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor

The work model for the role is: Onsite, Fort Smith, AR

Your role and responsibilities:

• •Safety & Equipment: Follow ABB safety policies, use personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves, shoes), and operate lifting devices, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely.
• •Physical Requirements: Perform repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and twisting of motors/parts up to 80 lbs.
• •Technical & Documentation Skills: Use computers, printers, and shop math; maintain daily paperwork such as repair logs, production sheets, and shipping documents.
• •Materials & Flexibility: Identify materials, supplies, parts, and tools; assist in other areas as needed.

Qualifications for the role:

• •HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• •6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• •Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• •Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• •Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
