Description
Bison Group – Mission First. People Always.
At Bison Group LLC, we’re more than a defense contractor — we’re a people-focused small business with a strong culture built on trust, respect, and impact. We value every member of the team, foster open communication without the layers of a big corporation, and stand firmly behind our commitment to the veteran community through real, tangible action.

Here, your skills are recognized, your growth is encouraged, and your contributions have a clear purpose.

Responsibilities:
- Produce and organize OSINT training materials, document attendance, and handle instructional tasks
- Design curriculum for specialized OSINT training, develop e-learning content, and create training assessments
- Support oversight of advanced OSINT tradecraft training development, implement new TTPs, and lead instructional sessions on tradecraft

- Intelligence Community experience required
- All-Source experience with OSINT training and experience, or OSINT collection, research, exploitation, and analytic production experience required
- 8 years of experience conducting training instruction, curriculum development, and All-Source/OSINT experience, with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
- Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
