Outbound Warehouse Manager

• This role is responsible for leading outbound warehouse operations and ensuring customer shipments are accurate, timely, and efficiently managed.
• You will oversee staging, shipping, labor allocation, carrier coordination, and daily warehouse activities across LTL, parcel, and truckload operations.
• The position plays a key role in achieving strong on-time delivery performance while controlling operational costs and minimizing freight damage.
• You will lead warehouse supervisors and team leads, coordinate closely with transportation partners, and collaborate with internal departments.
• The role also involves maintaining safe, clean, compliant, and technology-enabled warehouse operations.
• You will have opportunities to identify process improvements, introduce cost-saving measures, and implement operational changes that improve efficiency.
