Job Description – Packing

• Job Title: Packing Operator / Packing Associate
• Department: Packing
• Location: Manufacturing Unit

Job Summary Responsible for packing finished garments accurately and efficiently according to company standards, customer requirements, and packing instructions.

• Key Responsibilities
• •Pack finished garments as per the approved packing method and instructions.
• •Check quantity, size, colour, style, and packing details before packing.
• •Fold and arrange garments properly to maintain presentation and quality.
• •Place garments in polybags, cartons, or other required packaging materials.
• •Ensure correct tagging, labelling, and carton identification.
• •Check packed products for visible defects or damage and report them to the concerned supervisor.
• •Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the packing area.
• •Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.
• •Complete packing targets within the required time.
• •Coordinate with the Quality and Production teams when required.
• •Maintain proper handling and storage of packed goods.

• Required Skills
• •Basic understanding of garment packing procedures.
• •Ability to identify sizes, colours, and product details.
• •Good attention to detail.
• •Ability to work as part of a team.
• •Willingness to achieve daily production targets.
• •Good discipline and time management.

• Qualification
• •Education: No specific qualification required / 8th or 10th standard preferred.
• •Experience: Freshers can apply; relevant packing experience will be an advantage.

• Working Conditions
• •Work in a garment manufacturing environment.
• •Follow prescribed working hours and company policies.
• •May require standing for extended periods.
