Picker Packer

Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Manager

About the Role

At abcoffee , every café depends on accurate and timely inventory movement. As a Picker & Packer , you will be responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching products from the warehouse to stores while ensuring inventory accuracy, product quality, and adherence to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Order Picking & Dispatch

• •Pick products accurately as per store requisitions and dispatch schedules.
• •Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• •Verify product quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates before dispatch.
• •Ensure all shipments are correctly labelled and documented.

Inventory Management

• •Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
• •Maintain stock using FIFO/FEFO practices.
• •Support daily stock counts, cycle counts, and periodic inventory audits.
• •Report stock shortages, damages, and discrepancies promptly.

Warehouse Operations

• •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• •Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• •Ensure products are stored as per company standards.
• •Follow all warehouse SOPs and safety guidelines.

Quality & Compliance

• •Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• •Ensure only quality-approved products are dispatched.
• •Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and dispatches.

Eligibility

• •10th/12th Pass or equivalent.
• •0–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, FMCG, retail, or food distribution environment.
• •Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
