Job Responsibilities:

Replenish refreshments when required

Escort / Coordinate with caterers for setup / tear down

Oversee the use of the coffee machine (including top up of coffee beans / milk and washing coffee machine)

Offering drinks & pastries to partners during lunch / tea break

Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

Able to commit fully on 27 & 28 October (Tuesday & Wednesday)

Timing: 8.30am - 6.30pm (both days)
