• This part-time remote role supports the day-to-day technology environment and helps keep systems, users, vendors, and technology processes running smoothly.
• You will work closely with technology leadership and cross-functional teams to coordinate operational needs and provide responsive internal support.
• The role combines technology coordination, inventory management, user administration, vendor communication, and troubleshooting.
• You will help ensure technology requests and open issues are tracked accurately and resolved within expected service levels.
