Parts Manager

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Develop annual strategic and operational plans for vehicle parts and supplies management
• •Direct and control the inventory management of vehicle parts
• •Prepare and facilitates the consolidation of parts orders
• •Prepare and analyse monthly reports to determine strategy
• •Develop systems for receiving, shipping, logging, tracking and controlling all parts and related documentation daily
• •Directs an annual physical inventory and maintains a perpetual inventory bin-maintenance system
• •Conduct daily analyses to forecast potential issues with inventory management
• •Perform any other related duties

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• •Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Inventory Management or a related field
• •Strong written and oral communication skills.
• •Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
• •Displayed knowledge of inventory management software and forecasting strategies
• •Displayed knowledge of the automotive industry.
• •Ten years’ experience in a Parts Department
