Experience working within the RSE scheme or in pastoral care, workforce welfare or community support would be advantageous
What we offer:
A highly visible leadership role with real impact
The opportunity to lead and grow a dedicated team
A varied role that combines people leadership, operations and stakeholder engagement
A supportive and collaborative environment
The backing of NZX-listed Scales Corporation
