Job Description

We’re looking for friendly, compassionate team players to join our housekeeping team!

Manage and support the patient satisfaction program (HCAHPS). Act as a liaison between the housekeeping (EVS) department, nursing, and other departments to provide excellent care for all patients.

• •Wage: $18/hour
• •Full-time and part-time positions available
• •Day/Evening/Night shifts available
• •Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required

Responsibilities

• •Monitor patient satisfaction scores and assess action plans for improvement
• •Provide department leadership with weekly reports and a detailed review
• •Create reports, monitor trends, and implement action plans
• •Round on patients to assess satisfaction and set service expectations
• •Perform service recovery as needed to resolve issues
• •Assist department leadership in training and reinforce communication skills (AIDET) with team members
• •Collaborate with the guest services department to align action items to improve patient satisfaction
• •Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

Qualifications

• •Must be at least 18 years old
• •Communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
• •Friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality
• •Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
• •Organized with an eye for detail
• •Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
• •GED or high school diploma
• •Preferred: Housekeeping experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician, hotel operations, patient care, patient experience, healthcare)
