What you will do:

As a member of the People Services & Solutions organization, you will support Prudential's people analytics and operational reporting needs. This role works closely with People Operations, Technology, and COE teams to develop reporting solutions and support ongoing reporting initiatives.

Working within a global support model, you will analyze data, gather requirements, and support the development and enhancement of reports and dashboards. You will also investigate reporting issues, validate results, and help ensure stakeholders have access to accurate and meaningful information.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data. This role offers the opportunity to help improve decision-making and operational effectiveness across a global organization.

Location : This role is hybrid, based in our Letterkenny office two days a week.

What you can expect:

  • Within the global People Team Support model, this position will provide ongoing assistance to the People Data Solutions team.
  • Develop and enhance people reporting and analytics solutions that support talent, compensation, payroll, benefits, organizational, and workforce-related processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand reporting needs, and translate business questions into actionable reporting solutions.
  • Analyze employee and workforce data to identify trends, validate results, and provide insights that improve decision-making and operational effectiveness.
  • Support reporting modernization efforts by improving access to employee data, expanding self-service capabilities, and reducing manual reporting processes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and Technology teams to translate employee data into reporting and integration requirements.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or employee systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating business questions into reporting solutions.
  • Ability to communicate data findings and recommendations to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to reporting accuracy and data quality.
  • Experience working with large data sets and complex business processes.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.

What will set you apart?

  • Experience with Workday reporting, Prism, Discovery Boards, dashboards, or other HR analytics/reporting platforms.
  • Experience with workforce data, worker history, trended data, organizational data, compensation, talent, or HR operations reporting.
  • Experience creating scalable reporting solutions rather than one-time manual reporting outputs.
  • Understanding of data governance, reporting controls, security, and downstream data impacts.
