• The position combines hands-on administration, employee support, compliance, vendor management, and HRIS data accuracy.
• You will take ownership of annual open enrollment and create clear educational resources that help employees make informed use of their benefits.
• The role also offers an opportunity to improve processes and build scalable People Operations practices across multiple countries.
• You will collaborate closely with People Operations, Finance, payroll, benefits providers, and other internal partners.
