Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated People & Culture Coordinator on a 12-month contract, to provide a high-class people experience by delivering consistent, personalised support across the entire employee lifecycle. You will be a first point of contact for our leaders and employees, known for providing high-quality, solutions-focused advice in a fast-paced environment.

Day to day you will:

Facilitate and create specific contract documentation for new starters and internal movements, ensuring quality delivery within agreed service levels.

Manage the Workday inbox to review tasks, approve workflows, and generate data insights to assist in employee management.

Provide guidance on Awards and Enterprise Agreements to ensure compliance for contract preparation.

Assist with visa processes to ensure strict adherence to immigration legislation and company policy.

Drive the continuous optimisation of systems and processes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and business leaders to support recruitment-related systems and processes.

Support People & Culture initiatives and provide ad-hoc administrative assistance to ensure seamless service delivery.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in a HR support or coordination role, including handling HR documentation and employee records management.

Exposure to HR policies, compliance requirements, and industrial instruments such as EBAs and Awards.

Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and a resilient mindset suited for a high-pressure environment.

Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.

Strong time management skills with a passion for delivering superior customer service and employee experience.

While not essential, a tertiary qualification in HR and experience with Workday (or other HRIS), ServiceNow (or similar platforms) and Google Workspace is highly regarded.
