Performance Marketing Associate

• This role offers the opportunity to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns for leading B2C and B2B businesses.
• You’ll contribute to the full campaign lifecycle, from strategy and setup through optimization, analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• The position focuses heavily on lower-funnel marketing, customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and retargeting.
• You’ll work across paid search, display, and social media channels while managing budgets against defined ROI targets.
• Data analysis and experimentation will be central to identifying trends, testing new approaches, and improving campaign efficiency.
• You’ll collaborate with an international, diverse, and agile team while developing deeper expertise in technical performance marketing topics.
