Influencer Marketing Interns /Associates (0-1 year of experience)

At AMINU, influencer marketing is more than just sending PR packages. It's about building meaningful relationships with creators who genuinely align with our brand and community.

As an Influencer Marketing Intern / Associate , you'll work closely with the marketing team to learn how influencer partnerships are built: from identifying creators and coordinating campaigns to measuring performance and growing a community around the brand.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• •Be a part of influencer marketing from Day 1 and learn what really goes on behind successful influencer collaborations.
• •Discover how brands find, approach, and build relationships with creators. (Ps. It's not just based on followers, but also on the right brand fit)
• •Work with UGC creators, regional creators, YouTube creators, and influencers across different categories.
• •Get hands-on experience and understand the different influencer marketing terms like product seeding, campaign launches, PR drops, and creator partnerships.
• •Stay on top of social media trends and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and collaborations.
• •Learn how it benefits the company, track the metrics, campaign performance and understand what makes creator content actually work.
• •Work closely with the marketing team and see how influencer marketing, branding, and community come together to build a brand.

What are we looking for?

• •A genuine interest in social media, creators, and trends.
• •Comfortable with data handling, reporting, and tracking campaign results.
• •Ability to juggle short timelines and multiple campaigns.
• •Open to recent graduates with relevant experience up to 3 months and eagerness to learn.
• •Available to join immediately.

• •Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (In-office)
• •Work Days: Monday to Saturday
• •Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• •Probation/Internship period: 3 months
• •Stipend:15,000 per month (for freshers)
• •Compensation: Based on experience and role level
• •Hiring Process: Assignment + 3–4 Interview Rounds
