  • ✓ Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Pflegeausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung in Praxisanleitung/Pflegepädagogik✓ Freude an der klinischen Ausbildung zukünftiger Kolleginnen und Kollegen✓ Bereitschaft zu Fort- und Weiterbildungen✓ Begeisterung für Pflege und deren Weiterentwicklung✓ Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit✓ Patientenorientierung und soziale Kompetenz
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • ✓ Klinische Anleitung von Auszubildenden und Studierenden in der Pflege✓ Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team der zentralen Praxisanleitung✓ Patientenenzentrierte Pflege unter Anwendung von Kinästhetik, Bobath und Basaler Stimulation✓ Umsetzung von Expertenstandards: Sturz, Dekubitus, Schmerz✓ Evidenzbasierte Pflege und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit✓ Verantwortung für den Pflegeprozess und Teilnahme an Visiten
