‍⚕️ Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Versorgung und Betreuung unserer Patient*innen
  • Durchführung grund- und behandlungspflegerischer Maßnahmen
  • Dokumentation und Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität
  • Empathische Begleitung der Pflegenden und Angehörigen

Sie bringen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin, Altenpflegerin, Pfegefachkräfte)
  • Führerschein Klasse B ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss – E-Bike wird gestellt
  • Empathie und Eigenverantwortung

Was Sie darüber hinaus erwartet:

  • Attraktive Vergütung nach AVR-Tarif mit jährlicher Steigerung
  • → ca. 4500 € brutto/Monat je nach Berufserfahrung
  • → + Zulagen, Zuschläge, Jahressonderzahlung
  • → + 6 % vom Bruttolohn als betriebliche Altersvorsorge
  • 32 Urlaubstage plus 5 Zusatzurlaubstage bei Wechselschicht
