What You'll Do

• •Answer, assess and listen to customer questions, needs and concerns while showing empathy with sensitive situations
• •Strive to exceed expectations and provide alternative solutions to problems
• •Provide counseling on prescriptions, relaying pertinent information for success and confidence with at-home use of medication
• •Perform all necessary steps of workflow accurately and efficiently to ensure customers receive error-free products
• •Maintain product levels, improve efficiencies, and seek continuous improvement opportunities
• •Remain current on company wellness initiatives, demonstrating your support to your team and the store as a whole
• •Comply with all federal, state, and HIPAA regulations, following all company guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures
• •Verify potential licensing in any state Wegmans does business

Requirements

Pharmacist State License (may require licensing in multiple states)

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree

Certified Pharmacist Immunizer

AED, CPR certified

Computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

Certified in a disease state
