- Job Overview
- ABM Hospital is urgently hiring a skilled Phlebotomist to manage patient blood sample collections and preliminary handling.
- Key Responsibilities
- * Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sample collection for routine and specialized lab investigations.
- * Ensure accurate labeling, logging, and barcoding of collected samples to prevent pre-analytical errors.
- * Maintain patient safety, hygiene, and strict adherence to biomedical waste management standards.
- * Ensure clear communication and patient comfort during sample draws.
- Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- * Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT / CMLT) or relevant clinical certification.
- * Experience: Prior experience in phlebotomy/sample collection in a hospital, diagnostic lab, or clinic setup.
- * Skills: Strong venipuncture technique, vein assessment, and patient-handling skills.
- * Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
