What You'll Do

• •Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• •Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• •Document patient progress accurately and timely
• •Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
• •Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• •Contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment

Qualifications

• •Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• •Current Ohio PTA license (or eligible for licensure)
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
