We're currently looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Installer to perform high-quality residential plumbing installations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for a skilled installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, works independently, and is committed to completing every installation safely, efficiently, and correctly the first time.

Responsibilities

• •Install residential plumbing systems including tank and tankless water heaters, water softeners, filtration systems, repipes, remodel rough-ins, and trim-outs
• •Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and applicable plumbing codes
• •Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and local code requirements
• •Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding project scope, timelines, and expectations
• •Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and company vehicles
• •Complete all required job documentation accurately using ServiceTitan
• •Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently
• •Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and professional development training

• •Complete installations correctly the first time while maintaining exceptional quality standards
• •Pass inspections without rework or delays
• •Maintain a callback rate below 3%
• •Deliver clean, professional installations that reflect Hoover's quality standards
• •Consistently earn positive customer feedback through professionalism and workmanship
• •Maintain organized job sites, accurate documentation, and efficient project completion
• •Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and professionalism on every job

Requirements

• •Plumbing license preferred (state-specific)
• •3–5 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience
• •Valid driver’s license
• •Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
