An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Precision Casting Facility for an Emery dresser. The Precision Casting Facility manufactures single crystal and directionally solidified turbine blades for civil aerospace.

Responsibilities

The Emery dresser is responsible to ensure that turbines casting blades meet the strict condition of supply requirement imposed by Engineering while operating at the highest quality industry standards. The role involves various aspects of emery dressing turbine castings to part specific Technical Instruction.

What you’ll need

• •Ability to read technical documents.
• •Ability to question and raise issues when they arise.
• •Communication Skills and open to feedback.
• •Previous emery dress experience
• •Previous Aerospace experience
• •Understanding of Condition of Supply and Impact
