We are looking for a reliable and hardworking dishwasher who can maintain cleanliness, support kitchen operations, and assist the management team with daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and overall kitchen efficiency.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans according to health and safety standards

Maintain cleanliness of dish area, kitchen equipment, and surrounding workspaces

Ensure all dishes are cleaned and returned to proper stations in a timely manner

Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal

Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper chemical usage

Keep dish area stocked with necessary supplies (soap, sanitizer, towels, etc.)

Support kitchen staff by maintaining a clean and organized back-of-house environment

Follow sanitation, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and management

Requirements

Previous dishwasher or kitchen support experience preferred, especially in a high-volume environment

Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately

Strong understanding of basic sanitation and safety procedures

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Experience in a small or fast-paced kitchen is a plus

Active Food Handlers Card
