Responsibilities
Daily monitor logs and system activity to ensure alignment with our policies.
Conduct regular audits and behavioral pattern analysis to detect potential fraud.
Audit and verify all logged overtime, night shifts, and offset balances prior to payout approval.
Timely prepare, format, and deliver clean, audited reports (worked hours, overtimes, adjustments) to the accounting team.
Configure and maintain internal system logic, including work schedules, global holiday calendars, time-rounding rules, and approval policies.
Monitor and enforce compliance with regional labor laws regarding maximum working hours, mandatory breaks, and overtime limits across all operating hubs.
Resolve employee and manager support tickets, system technical glitches, and policy guidelines within defined SLAs.
Requirements
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Pre-Payroll administration, HR operations, internal audit, or payroll support.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation).
Proven experience managing HRIS and ticketing systems (e.g., PeopleForce, Jira).
Strong background in data analytics, ticket management, and operating within strict SLA baselines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
Extreme attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards
Will be a plus
Background in internal audit, fraud detection, or cross-border labor law compliance is a strong plus
