With locations in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota, Forum Communications Printing addresses commercial printing and mailing needs with our high-quality print and mail solutions. Services include magazine, catalog, book, and tradeshow printing, brochures, direct mailers, postcards, variable data printing, statements, glossy inserts, annual reports, fulfillment, first class mail pick-up, and print & digital publications. Forum Communications Printing is part of Forum Communications Company, a 5th-generation, family-owned, Upper Midwest media company.

Essential Functions

• •Set up, operate, and maintain printing presses.
• •Monitor the printing process to maintain print quality and consistency.
• •Ensure that the final print meets quality standards and client specifications.
• •Responsible for routine maintenance on printing equipment and general housekeeping.
• •Collaborate with other team members.
• •Abide by all OSHA regulations and other established company safety policies.
• •Maintain prompt and reliable attendance.

Non-Essential Duties and Functions

Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• •Previous experience operating a web press is preferred (Goss or DGM).
• •High school diploma or equivalent.
• •Mechanical aptitude.
• •Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
• •Strong attention to detail.
• •Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• •Must be 18 years of age or older.

Expected compensation for this role is between $20 - $23/hour, based on qualifications and experience.
