• The role combines strategic technical leadership, large-scale distributed systems, generative AI applications, and engineering management.
• You will translate product strategy into a clear technical roadmap while ensuring services are reliable, secure, performant, and designed for global scale.
• You will work closely with Product Management, Design, Research, Security, and engineering leaders to navigate ambiguity and deliver complex initiatives.
• A major focus will be building a high-trust, high-performing engineering culture while mentoring staff and principal-level engineers.
