Celero Communications is building next‑generation coherent DSP integrated circuits for high‑performance optical networking. We are seeking a highly motivated Product Engineer to drive New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing ramp, and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) for industry-leading optical DSP solutions powering next-generation AI infrastructure.

As a fast-growing startup, we are rapidly scaling production to meet increasing demand from AI and hyperscale data center customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on advanced-node semiconductor products, influence manufacturing strategy, and play a critical role in bringing cutting-edge technology from development into high-volume production.

Our team develops high-performance optical DSPs that enable the highest-speed optical interconnects for AI and cloud data centers. Built on leading-edge process technologies and delivered as Known Good Die (KGD), our products provide industry-leading performance, bandwidth, and power efficiency for some of the world's most demanding networking applications.

Responsibilities

Lead NPI activities from engineering builds through qualification and production release.

Drive manufacturing ramp execution with foundry and OSAT partners, achieving yield, quality, and production targets.

Support rapid scaling of production volumes to meet growing customer demand.

Own product yield, quality, and performance throughout the product lifecycle.

Analyze manufacturing and test data to drive yield improvement and resolve product issues.

Partner with Design, Test, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure robust and scalable production.

Manage product changes, qualification activities, and manufacturing transfers while maintaining product quality and supply continuity.
