Principle Ramp Expansion Supplier Manager

A experienced professional contributor to lead and orchestrate complex Procurement requirements for new site ramps, capacity expansions, and Fab start-ups across global operations. This role operates beyond a single project or function, influencing outcomes across sites, regions, and cross-functional organizations. The candidate will within the ramp readiness team and domain authority, driving alignment, execution excellence, and risk mitigation across multiple concurrent initiatives critical to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Ramp & tech node start up

· Execute planning and tool readiness for new fab ramps and line expansions from concept through high-volume manufacturing

· Execute/Develop strategies, milestones, and success metrics across multiple sites

2. Cross-Functional Integration

· Drive alignment across Site Engineering, Facilities, Construction, and Operations Central teams

· Ensure seamless coordination of tool delivery, installation, qualification, and production readiness

3. Multi-Site & Regional Execution

· Operate across global sites and execution of strategies

· Enable ramp methodologies and governance across regions

4. Risk Management & Issue Resolution

· Identify critical path risks early (e.g., tool delays, infrastructure readiness, supplier constraints)

· Drive structured problem-solving and escalation to ensure rapid resolution

5. Supplier & External Partner Engagement

· Partner with key suppliers to align on aggressive delivery timelines and readiness requirements

· Drive supplier accountability and delivery performance in support of ramp commitments

6. Leveraging AI

The candidate must possess the ability to Apply Artificial Intelligence BKMs and automation adoption within Procurement Operations, translating emerging technologies into practical business applications that improve service delivery, process efficiency, and stakeholder experience. Experience implementing human-in-the-loop AI solutions, intelligent workflows, and data-driven decision making is highly desirable
